February 27, 2015. Oak #9 Partners, Ltd., a Dodson Company, closed today on the sale of 951 Matlock Road, an approximate 1 acre lot in Creekside Plaza Business Park. Tarrant Nephrology Associates, represented by Jim Turano of Henry S. Miller, acquired the site with future plans to build a medical office building.
Creekside Plaza is a premier office park in Mansfield, TX located about half a mile north of Methodist Hospital on Matlock Road.
