July 2, 2019 – Developers Ryan Dodson (Dodson Companies) and Dak Hatfield (Hatfield Advisors) team up on five projects in Fort Worth’s booming Near Southside. The duo built two new buildings on West Magnolia Avenue and is redeveloping three others on South Main Street.
1455 and 1465 West Magnolia Avenue, a once empty lot, is now home to popular restaurant & retail spaces with upscale condos above.
212 S. Main street dates to 1920 and will soon begin a historic restoration to accommodate new office and retail tenants. Nickel City, a popular Austin bar, will open early next year. Next door at 300 S. Main The Bearded Lady recently opened to much fanfare.
