September 20, 2018 – Dodson Companies partnered with Tryton FW Construction Services to bring a brand new development, The Tipsy Oak, to Arlington’s Urban Union. The development of the property included a full demolition of the old building previously located at the address while building the new restaurant from the ground up. Located at 301 E. Front St., The Tipsy Oak is an “Ice House” themed restaurant/Bar with a chef driven menu in a fun, comfortable setting. You will find a high quality craft food menu, craft beer, craft cocktails, and a relaxing patio featuring a stage for live music. The Tipsy Oak is now open Monday-Saturday from 11 am-2 am, and Sunday from 11 am-10 pm.
