March 30, 2015. 300 E. Abram, LLC, a Dodson Company, has finalized an agreement to lease approximately 2,500 square feet to Mijo’s Mexican restaurant for their second area location. The original Mijo’s will remain open in their current location on Park Row drive in Pantego. Mijo’s plans to renovate the former Freebirds location in the Block 300 development and open by July 2015. Dodson Companies redeveloped several old buildings in downtown Arlington in 2011/2012, known as Block 300, the retail site is in the heart of downtown Arlington and home to local favorites Flying Fish, Twisted Root Burger Company, J. McIntyre Home and Hooligans Pub.
